I don't see an Ethernet port on that clock.

Another S905 to add to the collection

Looks a little like a device Nvidia makes !

Well I can assure you it's not.
Nor a mini version, never judge a book by its cover

                  What we have is a
                  ● Amlogic S905 quad-core CPU 2/16GB
                  ● LED Light: It shows three colors, blue, green and gray-blue.
                  ● Dual Band WiFi: 2.4G plus 5G
                  ● Gigabit NIC

More to come as we start the test but it looking fairly good at first switch on.
                  Gearbest

After further investigation (when I pulled it to Bits) it all looked very familiar, and what we have here is a Q-box with a different set of Clothes,
Same PCB, Software much the same maybe slight difference, Animated Into Logo same shows M9 instead of Q, Same remote and INF button can alter colour leds.

So if you are thinking of a Q-box and want something that looks a little different (talking point)here is your chance.
Unit performs well, currently getting a UI has stopped error once in awhile,
Runs a little warm yet to do any mods.
                  Cheers

Looking at your Fast.com tests, I noticed the temperatures. I'm guessing by the time you got to the Eth test, a cat was sleeping on the M9S - Z8. Is this right?

Ethernet the Temp always goes up as this is built into the SOC I guess.
Its working ok and its looks is a good taking point
Being what it is, it moves along ok. its small size I like compared to Q-BOX.
                          Cheers

Box running for over 8 hours for these tests, only showed stress when under pressure no nasty or weird lockups or reboots, also supplied Root.
