I have got S812 4K media player with RTC without backup. So every restart or powering off makes the device has some randomly set time. The option to sync time in settings is checked but it is not working quite well. I have to wait at least 30 seconds for device to sync time, and sometimes it goes in the state where time is not syncing at all for more then 5 minutes.
The issue can be connected with ethernet link which is (i think) not completely ready when device is starting up.
I tried to bypass problem using external apps like NTPSync or Smart Time Sync and enabling "sync time on device start" but it is not working.
When device enters the state when launcher is ready I can go into both apps and manually sync time in few seconds, but I would like to be the automatic function.
Should I search for next sync app, or is there some terminal command which I can use to do this task?
