I've tried roms for UG802, MK802 but no one works with wifi & bluetooth.

Any one can tell me with one is this

It looks like an MK806. Are you sure it has bluetooth? I don't know what ROM works with this but try searching around on the forum a bit.

Yes I'm sure.

With the original ROM (wich I've lost ... my failure) I've synced it with my Magic mouse and my Xperia U

Don't worry, please.
As I could see at your pictures, you have MK808B or one of his brothers. So you can flash any firmware for devices which have RK903(wifi+BT chips inside). Try to dig within here and I hope you are HAPPY!

I've tested many Mk808b roms without success. Now I'm testing U2 roms and it seems to work ok. But it is not rooted and in 4.1.1, I'll keep searching. 4.2.2 and rooted

You are right and I'm wrong, it is an MK808B, I've just tested this ROM and works flawless!!
