Unbrick using TWRP backup via USB Burning Tool?

Is there a way to make a flashable img file for USB Burning Tool using TWRP backup I created before? Can't boot into recovery and couldn't find the right rom. SD boot method not giving any response but USB Burning Tool do recognize my device (strangely it'll work without using the toothpick method, just simply plug in the usb it'll be recognized).
Device is exactly like this one. sappy has already tried bunch of roms which turn out won't work.

Im lost how can i do this i have my backup i want to make a flashable image to flash very fast and easy to multiple boxes. If i sent someone the backup could someone make a image for me
