Sunvell T95m PAL to NTSC

I bought Sunvell t95m on gearbest.

The hdmi works fine, but when I try to use the AV out, I only got distorted black white pictures going to left side.

Tried switching the cables but it didn't help..

Upon reading, I saw that I need to change the default signal from PAL to NTSC.

It uses the android 5.1 lollipop.

These are only the option that I saw in the display settings:

1080p - 60hz
1080p - 50hz
720p - 60hz
720p - 50hz
1080p - 24hz
576 - 50hz
480p - 60hz
1080i - 50hz
1080i - 60hz

Tried them all, but I only got distorted black and white display.

Do you have any fix aside from buying hdmi to rca?

Can't you change the AV on your tv to NTSC instead of PAL?
US uses NTSC, Europe uses PAL
Any resolution with a refresh rate of 25,30,60hz is more suited for PAL

Im using old CRT TV and it's default in NTSC. I cant change it to PAL.

Is there any fix for this?

No, most CRT tv's sold internationally allow users to switch between NTSC and PAL.
You might try to get an adaptor/device to convert the signal but it might be costly.
Buying a different tv box will probably be cheaper.

Is there any tweaks on software side that can force to have ntsc signal?

Check RCA the cable,
Sometimes they can get the colours wrong.

Is it RCA to RCA or 3.5mm to RCA
If the Later there are 2 sizes on the 3.5mm size,
The barrel, one is about 15mm other is about 17mm in length,
Something else to check
