CUBE T8 Ultimate cannot boot

Hi,
I cannot boot my tablet. it has been charged all night long, also I tried to charge it with another working charger and cable, but it still remain dead. Tried also with ON button and volume +. Nothing... Is there a way to fix it, I own it for a couple of months.

Hi different charger but different connector\cable too ?

try to push also power on for long time .

connect the pc and see if tablet is recognized to understand if female connector works and you really charge it.

plug a earphoe and check if only the screen is off.

is very usefull buy on aliexpress a usb ampere meter to understand if the tablet is in charge or not . Do you see any battery image when you connection it to the charger?

Yes I used different chargers and different cables too. When connecting to pc it install/search the driver, but after that the tablet is still not shown in pc. I cannot see the battery image when charging. When pushing the ON button I can see a thin white stripe for less than a second on the screen. Also no results with earphone.

Power Hw circuit looks to be OK or at least connected,
the female connectors looks working,

try with a 2A charger mine t8p respect other tablets I have looks to be very "choosy" in charge. I cannot use all the charger in my house it Happens sometime that I found in the morning not charged . do you have a charger with led or a USB meter to see if it charge at 0,5 @5,05V? Is important to understand if there is a current passage to the battery

Once are you sure you are really charging it , the only way is to open but being new better send back to china.
Flash original ROM only if the vendor suggest it as attempt before shipping back.

I had two pipo ,one teclast and two cube and some china phones but I brick only by flashing ( sometime was hard go back) no sw self brick

but generally the main hw problem was the female USB connector , or violent accident on the screen I repaired and all they look to be very robust alsomfor a non professional technician .I try to exclude other hw failure in your case .

I also have a Talk 9(U65Gt) Cube, and both chargers are working for both tablets, thus my opinion it is not a charger problem.
I'm not used to open it, so I tried to contact the seller SO CUBE on Aliexpress, they gave a six months warranty, but they do not answer to my mail till now... There was no violent screen accident, at least visible. For the rest I'm not used flashing a tablet, especially if you don't see anything on the screen.

Hi,
I asked the seller, SoCube on Aliexpress. It tooks a time before they answered. They told me to upgrade the firmware and gave me a link to a firmware and a howto video. I never had believed but the tablet is working again.

Good to hear it , vendors often suggest it (I did for a china phone) before ship back , this confirm the hw of cube tablet is very robust ! .chinese mobile unis Need a parental care but give great satisfation!
