M8S Amlogic S812 - Black screen on plugging any usb device

I had "4K M8S Amlogic S812 Quad Core WIFI Bluetooth Android 4.4 Smart TV Box 2G/16G"
named M8S Plus 2G/16G with firmware KOT49H.20160414-0913_test-keys.

When I got the device it was working but...
Now when I blug any usb device ( like mouse, keyboard, wireless mouse, wireless airmouse receiver or usb flash) the M8s device display black screen unplugging the usb return the screen where i left it.


For example If while I watch youtube I plug the airmouse receiver in usb the TV screen goes black, Then I unplug the usb receiver sceen comes back in middle of youtube video.

I had tried the reset with toothpick but device just reboot.Also had tried to contact the seller but no reply very bad seller.

Any help?

But it's look like a backup with files

I installed twrp but couldn't use it with the remote (as can't plug mouse)

I have the same issues with a T10 Plus S812. USB ports doing the same thing yours are and I can't find the correct firmware to reflash it back to stock. Been a project of mine for awhile now lol.
