Do Chinese Windows x86 tablets have a totally normal BIOS?

Hi all, long time reader first time poster.

I'm about to buy a iWork 8 Air , it comes with WIndows 10 and Android 5.1 but as soon as I get it I'll put Xubuntu 16.04 on it. (I understand it's not touch friendly.)

If I connect a USB hub, keyboard and USB drive can I enter BIOs and get it boot from USB like I would any normal desktop and laptop?

Thanks for your time , I plan to stick around and help out were I can.

    Hi Andrew_NZ and welcome

Most will have some option to boot from USB,
Can be a push of a function key and the option to boot from appear's fairly common with these device
They all have some Bios but limited as compared to a desktop.

Google will be your friend on hunting down the pros and cons of this feature
    Cheers

Cheers for that, common sense says that would be the case, it's just trippy getting a full x86 computer so cheap haha.

Not having a BIOS to fall back on can drive me crazy on ARM/Android devices.
