MXIII-G 4K bricked? Dead? Broken? Ant solution?

Hi friends.

I just received my MXIII-G box and its DOA.

I looked and tried at all solutions that are proposed in this forum and many others but none seems to work.

Here is what the box is doing.

1 - I have no signal to the TV (tried AV cable and HDMI)
2 - When I press the start button, it gets red half a second then blue. The box is totally ''stunned'' after that. I cannot shut it down with the button, I have to unplug it.
3 - If plugged to my PC with OTC cable, there is no response at all.

I tried hard reset, Firmware flash (SD card) without success.

So... anyone have an idea ?

sounds like the gpu is done.. or something else on the board im assuming when you plugged the box into the pc before there was a response? if so i was say yeah.. its gone bro

I have the same box mine has this info:MX3G version 1.2 S812 ap6330 software 2160511. I have not located the firmware! I did reflash it to Blue Light status but it just reboots to the M8S logo will not reflash with SDcard! To use the USB Burning Tool connect the Box to the Computer (assuming the Drivers have been installed)
Hold the Toothpick THEN POWER IT UP until you get the Windows to acknowledge (could take over a Min.) this installs the correct Driver you can then use the Tool to Flash the Box!
Hopefully someone out there has a link to an Image File for these boxes! Thank you!
