If anyone is still trying to work out how to upgrade

For updating I got Burn Card Maker form here http://chinagadgetsreviews.com/downl...er-v2-0-2.html
and then burned .img file out of zip onto sdcard. Put into box and help power button down until it said updating.

Thanx a lot, I succeed in unbricking my Kiii OTT S905 tv box ! Trying to flash Android TV v(ATV) but brick the box, and then find your tutorial to unbrick. Work like charm !!! But modern instruction change a bit :
1) Use the PC.rar+SD card+Burn_Card_Maker version not the SD.rar (even for SD !!!)
2) decompress PC.rar, you get KIII-LMY47V-20160623.165102.V1031P3.img
3) launch Burn_Card_Maker.exe, click to partition and format : yes (leave all other options to yes too). Choose your SD drive, and choose the img file then click make
4) unplug power supply, insert SD to Kiii OTT S905 tv box, plug hdmi to tv, long press the blue led button AND insert power suppply at same time ==> the rom firmware flash begins, then the box is repaired !!!

By the way, does anyone have the correct ATV (android tv) rom/upgrade .img for this Kiii OTT S905 box ? Thanx.
