Flashingtutorial ???

I won the QBox from Geekbyings Launcher Contest,but it is my first Amilogic Device and i dont know to flash it.
Is it the same as with Rockchip Devices or differnt ??? Is there a Tutorial,i want to try Supercelerons Rom.

i tried it with your Tutorial,but one important Thing is missing,pressing the Resetbutton behind (inside the av plug) while connecting USB Cable & Power supply ,even the automatic start did not happen.
Maybe you can change that or add it as second Way to try.
