Well... i have never owned a realtek based android/openwrt device. so im joining this giveaway. I expect it to be stable, reliable and updated and i will test it will different builds of kodi and diffferent video files watch streaming videos and use as my main media center.

Well I have never owned a Zidoo product before. I would love to have, your ads have caught my eyes and attention and I've visited your site many times. The box is simply intriguing to me as I love all the features and bells and whistles that you have come up with. The box appears to be packed with anything you could want or need to enjoy any type of media you use. I'd be honored to have the device in my possession to own and use. I own a mini pc current due to the fact that most android devices can't stream Netflix in 1080p. So I would really like the Zidoo x9 to be able to stream Netflix in 1080p and 4k.

The specs sure look impressive , and it has all the right parts that are pretty up to date. If i win i'll have to go shopping and update my TV and see how Zidoo performs .

I expect it to be able play all my media libray files, and I expect to be able play high end graphic games something close to nvidia shield , and I expect it to be user friendly because I am tired of tweaking every android box I buy.

Looks a very good player indeed and I need something with a bit of beef as I cant run hardware acceleration in kodi as I use an ambilight client. It ticks all the boxes inc usb 3.0 and hdmi in.

Fantastic giveaway

Apart from the top specs that this device presents, witch by itself makes this one of the top devices on the market the in-built router and the USB3 plus the SATA3 port offer a vast array of possibilities.


My expectations, in case i win it, would be to use it as NAS making use of it SATA port. Make use of OpenWRT configure with OpenVPN to make my own VPN server. Again using OpenWRT with ownCloud allied with an external storage device and eliminate all my cloud services. Regulate my sons access to the internet with parental control options embedded in OpenWRT.

There's also some good things to do with the media player, i will make good use of the HDMI in to make a few recordings. Also curious about the PIP option. I expect no problems in playing any of my media contents, but if any arise i know that i can expect a FW update to solve them since Zidoo is know to offer updates.

One thing that i intend to use it also is to control some of my IoT devices.

If i can give all the above usage i mention, then this device will definitely be the center of my home and my new best friend.

Hope this box will be knock off vs Nvidia, I own a X9 and the only bad is it is to far from android api, hope this one will work with my lightpack to be able to watch my cable tv in DD.
