Well, I did a bit of experimenting with wifi but couldn't get a signal better than 'fair' - about 2 bars. Then again, my laptop in the same room only gets about 2 or 3 bars. I thought I may be able to use the metal case as an antenna in some way, but it didn't seem to work.
If I ever do need decent wifi it wouldn't take much to fit an external antenna to the back of the case, but I have no idea where I could buy one from.

WOW
I don't think you can call it a stick anymore, but the case is awesome. I also like the design is flexible to allow other sticks. Good Job!
WiFi antennas can be found on Amazon or Newegg, but you need to read the reviews to get a good one. I added an antenna jack to my MK808 utilizing the two spring loaded antenna pins on the 808 pcb and two copper pads hot glued to the case.
I used metalic duct tape(not the fabric type) to protect the pin contact area while soldering the antenna jack wires to the pads.

Not having all the right tools for the job didn't help. The fan hole was probably the trickiest thing. I had to drill round with a small drill until I was able to snip out the main hole, then file down the edge until it was round/smooth.
You should give it a go yourself - half the fun is making your own.
