3 newbie questions

Hi 2 newbie questions here about the T428

1) Is there a CMW recovery specifically for the T428 that makes it easy to backup a whole ROM?

2) When I flash a new rom, should I typically flash also the bootloader, or can I leave that one unchecked.
As if I don't flash the bootloader, I may have less chance to accidentally brick my unit

3) Did anyone already have a normal MCE remote working in XBMC, for me several keys work, but not yet a normal working way as I had with my RPI XBMC with the same remote.

3) To Support your MCE Remote tell me is it with a USB Receiver ?
If yes you can Edit the Keyboard Information File and Remap the Key´s.

got CWM working and also working now is my remote control with help of an additional keyboard mapping file.
