Can Tronsmart T428 be used "headless" on Mac?

Hello all, I am new to these forums and I had a question regarding my T428.

Previously, I have been using a Raspberry Pi and I like being able to VNC into it from my Mac. I was wondering if it is possible to do the same with the T428? And if so, how?

I would like to be able to just plug the T428 into a power source, log into it from my mac and tinker with it from there.

Any help would be much appreciated!
