pipo M3 3G snakerom

ok guys i maked a custom rom on request for somebody.
i saw it later here in the pipo section that my friend rrilley already maked one.
but after all that work i share it with you guys.

its rooted.
i changed the app space to standard 2 gig and added the 4gig parameter file to the SnakeRom folder too.
added some apps.
build.prop tweaks .
and changed the bootlogo and bootanimation.

here is how the bootanimation looks.

please let me know if it flash succesfull.
because i changed before i uploaded the parameter file for more app space.
