MXQ Pro 4K box not working

I received my box today. Plugged in seen the blue light. Switched power adapters and light didn't come on. Then I don't lugged in original adapter light blinked faintly then just stopped. But the catch is box still running as if it's working (feeling hot etc). Help someone anyone

Looks like you fried something internally with the other power adapter.

Noooooo so this means I have to order another? I can't just have to buy another adapter?

I made the same mistake, i conect a 12v power adapter to the TV Box, now the blue led don't turn on, but my old crt tv make some noisy image

i just opened, but, i don't find any burn o similar... but i guess that something reemplazable it's burn
