Request for android TV box firmware

Hello, I have cheap chine Android box stop working stuck at the logo, I tried to reset the button from the back and same thing, I want to short the pins android tv box (unbrick) but don't have the right firmware and also the box don't come with SD card port also witch chip should I looking for, here is some pic if you guys can help me find the firmware or fix the issue this pic after I used the toothpick to press the hole between 2 USB. After 5-10 seconds, turn on the box

Thank you notShomari for the reply, can you tell me how to install the firmware sine I don't have sd card port on the box? also do you know which pins I need to short there is 3 chip on the motherboard.

That I don't know, I'm sorry. I don't use or own amlogic but I'm sure if you search the forum you'll find instructions that might help.

no luck, I can't install any firmware on the box I didn't recognize when i connected to the computer.

these two files provided are for Local OTA update. You can either put the files on usb or in the internal storagte and choose local update in the settings and choose the files.
there are times you can need to rename them to update.zip to make it work.

Thanks for your reply, The problem is I cant get to safe mode or do anything just stuck at the android logo black screen.

let me just confirm.. is this an s805? I checked the picture and the wifi chip is an RTL8188. do you have any markings on the case what model this is?

Update, I get it back to work after I shortage the pin on the chip and I also did factory restore. But I still can't get to safe mode, also I can't lunch play store or even install app on the device and I noticed there is almost service is missing under application manager.
