Dead HiMedia Q5 Pro after just 3 days of usage!

Has the same happened to your set previously? Have not used it to stream anything, just turned it on to install some apps (e.g. chrome/ES explorer). One day, the power button decided to stay red and refused to turn on. Pressing the reset button or trying to do a hard reboot didn't work either.

Anyone has suggestions on how to save this box?

Check power supply Voltage, it may have failed and gone Low.

tried with a spare power adapter I have and it gave the same issue too..
