Android Q7-V11 won't turn on.. flashes blue, then goes red again.

Hello everyone, I have an Android Q7 box that has stopped working. It is getting power, but it will not stay on.
It will start to load then I get the Red Ring.

XT-Q7-V11 / 2014-07-14
Realtek 8188ETV
Mediatek MT6622N

Tried to update the firmware.. thought it set, but went back to red.,
Used ->> Q7_18_05_20116.img and failed..
Tried using the information from this feed, as it most resembled what I was dealing with, minus the bitmap issue

Took the image update from update_Q7_ZhongXing_20150829.
Both seemed to take, but still, I am only getting a red light.

Resolved ..

AC adapter is faulty. 5V 2000mA measurements were 5.39vDC steady.
I did not assume it to be the issue. Tried another 5vDC, 1A from my switch
and the unit booted to an Android refresh screen.
