hi everyone need help to unbrick m8 ott tv box and tronfy m8c box added pics of m8 board. do i need to take the heatsink cover off?

bought m8 box that went wrong somewhere so bought m8c now that 1 has gone the same way they both power up with blue constant light on the front but nothing happening cant even get into the options to update with reset pin any help would be really appreciated

I did see post for putting images of your boxes pcb but i cant find it so put it in here hope thats ok

thanks i will have a look through it incase i did it wrong i think i've already tried it iv'e sent for usb to usb lead to try other method so just waiting for it to come back. iv'e tried about 8 different ones for m8 but no luck i did have the flash firmware bit come up but 1 of the firmwares must have bricked it further
