You can see easily driver are already installed, ROM_Dumper_Tool and rk batch tool can see driver but rkandroid tool give me error "No found rkandroid rock usb problem (driver already installed)" How can i solve this problem?

Hi,
for Win 8.1 you need new Drivers if not try USBDeview ,install ,unplug all not needed USBDevices ,Reboot ,Run Deview as Admin ,uninstall all not needed or not connected Devices (not Mouse or Keyboard)
Reboot and try again.
