You Download the File and put it on SD Card.
On your Box you should have an Update App there you can select the File and run the Update.

had probs with poxy net lol before I try box its a AArch64 processor will that file work ok on this?
as cant seem to find a reset button nowhere and not want to brick it

don't know this Box,but the Resetbutton or Recoverybutton is maybe behind the AVJack,take a Earcleaner pull of the wool and try carefully.

Only a MAYBE,but you normal can't destroy something.Or open it to see if.

Nice,so you can try.But remember Reset don't bring back your data.With Recovery you can Backup/Restore your data.
Or use TitaniumBackup and copy Android Folder with data/obb to your SDCard.
