Well I guess at this point we need to take action ourselves to voice and show that we won't accept this kind of treatment. I say we boycott Geekbuying from this point, we all need to stop cancel or what ever means to have them know.

I for one will never deal with them again. Eric anytime you want to say something rather than hiding reading comments would be great.

This is the same guy who attacked me in a e mail and then deleted the comment on amazon so others would not see it. What really upset me was mentioning the word spiritual. As in we would never lie about a product. We are to honest. lol.

Well everyone has their own opinion but I find that a lot of us seem to have the same one about how Geekbuying and Tronsmart has treated us.

Its really rockchips fault for releasing a crappy sdk! But geekbuying was misleading in their marketing and tronsmart knew it had its problems before it released for sure. One day eventually this device will work as it supposed to, but its gonna be a waiting game for a bit, which suckssss

I can also say this happened to me on the geekbuying site. He removed my comments, Wont add my review and also gave me the run around until the time was up to send it back. Yeah he stalled and gave a excuse for everything also the supposed so called developers. You cannot sell something that does not work correctly even with supposed faulty software to blame. They should have never released this device for consumer use.

I am currently working with the NEW YORK state Attorney general on this issue and say to everyone else that feel they are out 100 dollars to call this states . With everyone complains this will get taken care of the legal way because he shurely is not.

Forward warning its coming soon .. I gave him too many chances to redeem himself and chooses to ignore and then manipulate the truth. Well this what happens when you play unfair.

Everyone here that feels 100 dollar paperweight call your attorney general the more the merrier.

Yeah my negative feedback on the product never got through...how odd.

Wish I had read this before actually buying the product. Saw the review on youtube and it seemed awesome. Got on geekbuying and instantly and ordered it. It came in today, 10 days later, and it booted up and seemed to be running fine, until I tried to open the play store and it rebooted. At first I thought it was updating something and it needed to reboot. But nope, time after time after time it keeps rebooting when I try to open play store. I tried flashing another ROM, in fact, the newest version, but it keeps doing the same thing. I sent as email to customer service a couple hours ago and we'll see if they're return policy has changed since the past few posts (which I very much doubt). I'll keep every updated.

It took them 3-5 days to reply and by then I had already fixed the issue myself by flashing a new rom.

dont forget that the chromcast is not running a full os like these mini pc. One day I hope that these divice gonna be on the market with the same quality and fiability than a nexus device.
