any help was upgrading OTA when I lost power to my box, now power light is on but that's it nothing else, I've tried manual updating but box not seen by my PC, anyone.....thanks

Try to connect your Device in Bootloadermode/shorting the NandFlash Pins (i thing) 7 & 8.
My UT3 has 2 small golden round conntacts in front of the NANDFLASH CHIP for this ,maybe yours too.
Do you still have a Custom Recovery on the Box and can you reach it,there are Ways to restore your Device.
If you search i am sure you find a Solution.
