Cube U30GT2 hazy screen on white

I am absolutely loving this tablet except one thing which may be solvable

My screen has a hazy color-noise layer over it. This is more visible in whiter areas. It really ruins the crisp look of the display. Its not too bad in videos, but annoying on wallpaper and web pages.
I know the actual LCD is not making this noise, i can physically see the noise is above the LCD when looking from an angle. Also, the noise is on the bezel, not just the display.

Also, this layer is extremely prone to fine scratches. I made some scratces when wiping with the sleeve of my hoody.
Also, there are three small bubbles under this layer on the bezel.

Therefore I think the noise is coming from the plastic layer that seems to be glued to the display (or the glue adhering the layer).
I don't know what this plastic layer is for. I don't think it is the touch digitizer as it has no wire ribbon to it and they usually have a frame. Physically, it looks exactly the same as a screen protector.
I cant get my nail under it to try and remove it (I won't try too hard as I don't know if it is necessary).
I don't have a camera good enough to capture the noise. Here is an image of the plastic layer's edge:

I am asking other U30GT2 owners. Do you have a plastic layer like this? And or do you have the faint color noise when you look at a white web page. (The noise is on the bezel too remember).

It is due to the pre-installed screen protector and they did a shoddy job. Mine also has bubbles and dust underneath. The only solution is to remove the screen protector. It is not very high quality so it is also prone to scratches. Then again, if you remove it without a spare one, you'll have to use your screen naked.

OK. Are you sure about this? Did you also have the slightly fuzzy screen on white areas? It has nothing to do with dust, the fuzzyness covers the whole screen and bezel and is even.

How hard was your "screen protector" to remove? My one feels quite permanent.

My bubbles are on the bezel so thats ok but i want to get rid of the fuzz and see this screens real beauty.

My bubbles are on the bezel, not the screen so I could live with it and didn't attempt to remove it. I don't think it should be too hard. Maybe someone else can give some tips on how to remove it or you can google it. I believe the fuzziness is just because of tons of micro-scratches on the protector. I have it on mine as well but it's not so bad. When the screen is on, I hardly notice it.

It certainly isn't scratches, I just got the tablet today and the fuzz is way too even. And I can only see the fuzz when the screen is on. The whiter the color the easier the fuzz is to see. With it being most annoying on white.

There is nothing i can try except remove the factory screen protector. However the so-called screen protector feels like its super-glued on. You know what kind of glass is on the tablet? It won't be any sort of gorilla glass I assume otherwise the glued on screen protector would be unnecessary.

I removed the factory screen protector and noticed a great improvement. Almost perfect. There is still some noise when looking at an angle but his is just suggesting a low quality IPS display which was expected from such a cheap device.
Anyone else have sub-par IPS displays on their CUBE U30GT2 tablets?
