ROM Request P902/A900

I have a Polaroid P902 that I am looking to customise.
At the moment I can't find any custom recovery or custom ROM for it and I can't find any references on the Southern Telecom website.
Has anyone compiled a version of TWRP or a custom ROM for this?
Do Southern Telecom publish the kernel source as per the GPL?
