CX-919 listed as android in device manager after reload.

    CX-919 listed as android in device manager after reload.

    Hi all.

    This is my first post; I just got my cx919. I'm totally new to Mini pc devices. Well I tried to update or flash the rom to the latest finless rom using the updater it seemed to work.So I unhooked it from my PC plugged it in and it seemed to b booting to the finless Bob Android screen then it just froze, I powered it down then tried again and it was the same. after that I rebooted my PC plugged it in it and now it is only listed as android in the device manager and I cannot access it or install any new drivers to it any ideas? Is there a hard reload or did I just mess mine up?

    Hi bud. If you look at the post for when finless released this rom. You will read that another person had same problem as you. Depending on what version of windows you are useing?Can you right click and uninstall the generic android driver? Then plug in unit and try reinstall of rockusb drivers? Also instructions for install of rom say that the blue light will not come on. I found that I could flash while light was on. Try the 2gb partition. Dont change that to any other size. one other thing. Do Not unplug the unit for at least five minutes after flash. .Let it complete. let us know.....

      cx-919 and tronssmart mk 908

      seems like they use same hardware but i cant get firmware from mk 908 to boot on cx-919, anybody tried maskrom mode maybee this will do the trick it could be nice because 908 has 1080 kernel and cpu clocked at 1,8
