How to unbrick MXIII from black screen (cant boot even recovery mode)

I have been able to bring my device back to life. Using TWRP with STOCK ROM : ROM 3.10.33 UBUNTU@GOOGLE-SERVER and works fine.

Hello guys,
I'd like to confirm that USB Burning Tool 2.0.7.2.2 didn't work for me too. Then I tried 2.0.5.15 and it worked fine. One more important details: if your OS is Win x64 then you have to force Windows into Test Mode in order to be able to install WordlCup driver correctly (for Windows x86 is not necessary forcing in Test Mode). I tried on 2 PCs with Win64 no TestMode and WorldCup report me that installation was successful, but actually no any really installation - the MXIII wasn't recognize like M82 device but MTP device. So be aware by Win type.
