    Where to go after RK3188?

I was tired to wait non-stuttering video solution for RK3188 so I get rid of Rockchip for now.
Where to go now? Odroid-U2, Pivos Xios, something else?

Non-stuttering video and good support is a must.

Same for me, video on these rockchip sucks, MK908 what a waste of money! Perfect Netflix playback is a must.

      Look for an AMLogic Device.
They have a better Video Performance.

hey why not try rk3066? though it really s()cks that it has a better performance especially on a real 1080p kernel on the video playback aspect.

I have an amlogic duo core device and it is a bit slower than rk3066. I don't think that amlogic quad core is faster than rk3188. And I have no trouble with my rk3066 TV-Stick. Fast enough to play 1080 videos.

Maybe it is time for a faster gpu than mali400 and if you need something a bit faster now, try tegra 3 based android, but the price will be higher. The difference will be not much.

When rk3066 devices arrived they have some problems too, now they run pretty well. I hope that the new sdk will bring us new improvements and solves some bugs

It's not a hardware problem, cpu and gpu is more than enough, problem here is software.

Agree, and I hope that, there is a lot of the old rk30, and some of rk29 code in the available source code, but untill we see the new sdk working I cant be sure of that.
