My box have no application

hello everyone

im here today because i have a issue with my box rk3128...

She is working but have just a launcher and a kodi mod and the parameter app. No file explorer, no web nav, playstore etc... i found a firmware here on your website for her but same result no app for use or navigate...

I have no real computer (only a tablet) and i dont have the knowledge for add apk on firmware, i upload the rom in my drive if someone is ready for just do this that will be awesome.

You can downloads apps in your browser on the tv box from apkpure.com.
If you don't have a web browser, you will need to download that from a PC and install from a flash drive.
If you have no file explorer, I don't know, ten you are out of luck and should return the tv box.
