M8 rebooting problems

Hi folks,
I have an M8 (square version), with Megatron V3 installed, I've had no trouble with the box for almost a year. Today, I booted it up, but it only gets as far as the boot screen (the Megatron logo), then it powers off. I've tried to access the recovery, to try and reflash, but I'm having no luck.
Would anyone know, or be able to point me to a thread that could help?

look at the m8 tutorial section and reflash the board also make sure the heat sink sitting correctly by turning the 2 nylon screws you maybe even need to check to see if the thermal paste hasn't dried out. if so reapply new not to much or it work opposite. use some artic silver 5.

also you maybe want to check your power supply is delivering full power if you have spare swap it over
