Definitely the Xiaomi Air 12. At $520 it's too expensive for me to experiment with, but I'm at least 80% sure it'll fit my needs.

The optical drive in my laptop failed earlier this year, and I think I'd only used it once. I'm constantly toting my laptop everywhere, and the concept of a lightweight (literally) low power device that runs Windows but feels like a laptop - not a tablet - is really appealing. Xiaomi is a great brand with excellent build quality.
