Problem with my M8S Tv-Box

Hi Guys,
i'm new in this area, i need help using my tv box.
i have this tv box almost a year and this afternoon is has an error so he needed to reboot.
when the reboot starts the screen of the M8S starts looping and nothing happens.
please i need help what to do.
