Hi all!
i got really confused from the posts above.
can anyone plz upload post here with a good rom/firmware that runs FHD video,
with a tutorial how to install it for T428.

There are 2 main T428 roms available via here: Finless 1.5a which runs Android 4.2.2 or Finless 1.4a running Android 4.1.1 (plus a number of alpha ones, you should probably skip and not including any official Tronsmart ones). I'd recommend reading through the forums for the 1.5a or the 1.4a and figuring out which one will best suit your needs. After that, just download either, unzip and the instructions for install are in the included Readme file in the rom. G'luck
