Need help with tronsmart R68 meta 1000M

Hey guys,
I'm new here and with the android community aswell, so I got lost when i saw some words like "android", "ROM", "flash" etc.
basically i purchased the tronsmart r68 meta with the 1000M LAN, and it has this ANNOYING video+audio stuttering. now, tronsmart themselves are referring to this place and to the guy called wasser that has a custom firmware because they can't fix their own d*mn problems.
now, can anyone help me find this firmware version that i'm looking for? and maybe an idiots guide to "flashing ROM (?)" ?

Any help would help.

but it fixed my kodi for now.

hey so i've been using wassers firmware for 3 months now and i have to say that there is little change, but the main problem is with the youtube app, while playing any video on it, there are times that it would just get stuck for a second or two and then come back. and the videos are lilght in stop motion. any thoughts?
