    MXQ Pro 4K - stuck on recovery loop

    Can someone point me in the right direction? I have a MXQ pro 4K box and it's stuck on the recovery mode (in a loop), any way I can back to the main screen and out of recovery without factory resetting and loosing all my programs? Thanks
