brick problem

hi, i have a mxIII-g 4k tv box (i can't find the section for this i hope it is the right one). After i try to flash a rom i brick my device, i read something about bootcardmaker and usb burning tool but i'm not able to get them working. I think I don't have the right file to put into the sd card(for bootcardmaker process) someone can help me please? on the other hand with usb burning tool installation stopped at 2% and i don't know why.

you need original firmware .img flash with usb burning tools.... dont used sd card ... you may brick you box..
