PhoenixSuit - any particular magic needed to get it to recognise the damn X2?

    Hello folks

New to android boxes. I was attracted to the low cost of the Beelink X2. It's great, but i would love to play around with the firmware and use some of the images posted here.

However, i cant get phoenixsuit 1.10 software to recognise it. Ive followed the instructions to the letter. ive tried 3 x win7 PCs, 2 x USB cables. The drivers are installed. The software does not react at all, no matter how long i hold the pin in, or whatever combination of actions I try. Ive tried uninstalling and re-installing the drivers. The first time after installing, when I connect the X2, my PCs tell me that they are trying to install drivers, which fails.

Any ideas? This is pretty frustrating.

    Thanks all.

Never mind, I solved it. Had to install an older version of PhoenixSuit (something typically worn by a Phoenix?) and this detected my box.
