How do I flash the best since I have no usb-otg port (K808B_PRO_S905_NCR_15_1_20160506.img)

sdcard toothpick method ? Or via the internal update menu ?

The USB OTG Port is the Port near the 2x 3.5mm Jacks.
Use the AML Burning Tool to Burn it.
All you need is a USB A to A Cable.
