Cube T9 slow battery charging.

For a little while (I cant say for how long) my Cube T9 is charging very slowly.

Has anyone had the same problem before?
The charger is good, the usb cable is good.
Does it mean that the battery is gone bad or it could be software problem?
It doesn't seem to discharge quickly because i still get the same amount of usage time.

i have the small Brother the T7 , i already had the same Problem , it looks that the Device than only loads in USB Charging Mode.Why , i don' t know ???

I let ampere run for a few minutes and i noticed that even thou it reports that its charging and gives diferent amp amounts the voltage keeps dropping.
i know that the charger and cables are good but i tried different ones anyway with the same result.
So is the battery bad or is the system preventing the charging.
