AML 812 and YouTube 1080p60fps

Hi,
Is there a restriction on the S812 SoC that limits YouTube(v11.47.57) videos to 720p60fps.
I have attempted to play 1080p60fps videos in YouTube on a Minix X8H-Plus (Android 4.4.2) but it just freezes the picture while the audio track just continues.
Any thoughts on this?
