XMBC + MX Player streaming issue

I have the XAF build of XMBC installed on my MK809II, using MX Player. Whenever I'm watching a stream in something like 1Channel and pause it, I can resume playing fine but about a minute later I either get dumped back to the XMBC menu, or XMBC crashes completely. Anyone else having this issue?

I've have MX player set to use regular HW decoding. H/W+ doesn't seem to work well on my device.

    Common problem it seems.

Yes, this issue is persistent. A workaround is to skip back a few seconds when you come back to play a paused video. This causes MX Player to quickly re-buffer which stops it from crashing the video after a minute or so.

Personally, I uninstalled XBMC and chose to purchase the 1Channel app from the Play Store as XBMC is too much of a bloated memory hog for Android. The 1Channel app has both 1Channel (now primewire.ag) and Ice films, and I believe they will be adding ProjectFreeTV soon. You can download for free but the developer stopped supporting the free version so you have to install the free version and then purchase from within the app. I think it was only like $1.99 or something to upgrade to Pro, but well worth it especially with the multitude of XBMC issues.

I found that the ehomemedia center that is on most of the rockchip based devices works better then anything else.
Play everything i through at it.
No stuttering or freezing and free.

The fact it can link to dlna server by itself is great and the only drawback i see is no artwork.

It might be so, but than again it doesn't have 1Channel, Icefilms, Navi-X ...

Sounds like both together fills all the playback needs
