i had the network issue again right now, but the cpu temparature was about 55°C and i touched the box and it feels hand-hot. is it really a temperature problem?

I don't know. Never thought to try that myself. The vents on the bottom aren't the best as there appears on mine anyways to be a mesh or grating under the circuit board between it and the case. I can't make the vents bigger as I cannot remove the circuit board as the wifi antenna is soldered to the side of the box.

This definitely sounds like a heating issue. Take off the feet and remove the screws and run it with the top off and see if it continues. Make sure to put the feet back on or keep it raised above the surface so there is ventilation under the box.

I have better performance with my t95z plus with the top removed and my rooms standing fan blowing in its direction.

In my case, I will still need to get a usb fan to either put in top of it (once I drill vent holes in the top) or underneath.
Since I run on wifi, the box heats up faster while using the wifi, especially running kodi and watching stuff.

i have a problem with my T95Z PLUS and this rom: the wired network connection drops randomly. it shows connected but doesnt work. connecting via wifi does not work either in this state. restarting the box solves the problem. but after a view hours it drops again. every other device in the same network works without problems. any suggestions?
