Can I boot a live Android OS image from an SD card?

    Good Day,

I have a box here that I'm pretty sure is dead. It powers on but can't boot. All methods of recovery fail very early on in their progress bars (used Boot Card Maker and USB Burning Tool). The conclusion I've come to is that the NAND/eMMC chip is damaged and cannot be written to. I was wondering if there was a way I could make a bootable SD card with a version of my device's OS .img that would be able to boot and run off the SD card? The box in question is a Mini M8Spro T95N s905 2G+8G model.

Any advice is welcome. Even if you don't think it's possible, please let me know.

    Thanks!

Thanks for the response. I'll give it a go. Any reason why Android won't work?
