Nexbox A95X 2GB 16G possible brick after using Netflix app

I've only used the box a handful of times only kept to stock firmware and applying updates OTA twice since buying.

Today I was using YouTube HD and the included web browser to watch CES via Livestream.com I also installed Nova launcher and the pro licence.

Now this is where it went wrong. I used the default media launcher included with the box to go to Netflix this app loaded fine I went to login after the login screen the screen went black and after 5 minutes and with no response from the remote controls I unplugged it for 15 seconds and plugged it back in after which only the first boot screen appeared and then proceeds to display a black screen.

My box has the recovery button in the middle of the AV port so I've since tried reinstalling the most recent update this time it booted as far as the second logo screen this time it froze with just the second silver Nexbox logo appearing.

I was sure to use the correct 2GB 16G Android 6.0 update file via an SD card using the guide in both the video and included word document in which using the reset button and micro SD 4GB of size.

Just tried burning ROM via USB method using the 900mb IMG file that's correct for my box and now the Nexbox A95X logo is frozen on the screen.

Fixed it, faulty power supply provided it was only used for a few hours and now doesn't output enough to power the box past the boot up logo. With a new plug it works, read elsewhere that the plugs provided are of poor quality also they do not have the UK safety marks on the plug. Ordered a UK safety standard plug to replace it 5v 2a & 1.7mmX4mm connector. It was one linked from hotukdeals so confirmed to be correct also I've ordered a 1m long USB cable with the correct connector so it's going to.be plugged into a 5v 2a output supply. In theory I could make a mobile custom media box and power from a power pack that outputs 2a power. So the plugs Nexbox provide resellers with at least UK resellers are of poor standard.

Would be nice to see a response to this, what can cause the plug to fail or lack of a better word reduce its output power?
