Where to buy screen protectors for Pipo M9

    Hi All,

Got mine today, and it's now rooted (donation on it's way)

The seller had applied the bottom layer of the screen protector, however there is dust underneath it, and no amount of effort is going to get it right.

Can anyone suggest where i could buy them in the UK, on **** they are shipped from Hong Kong.

Sorry if this post is in the wrong place please move it, Thanks

There are few UK local sellers for this. I suggest you go with the HK one.

This seller ships with Hong Kong Post, MUCH faster than China post. Shouldn't really take more than a week form order till you have it.

EDIT: On another note - could you take precise measurements of the Top-bottom and side-side area where a screen protector could go? Only the flat glass area. From the looks of pictures - there is a possibility that protectors for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 might fit. If so, there is a wide range of REAL, high quality screen protectors available.

Okay, have ordered some from ****.

By the way, i'm having trouble getting my sim card in, any tips?

It seems to go a long way in without clicking into place.

Don't have a 3G tablet, so no idea except maybe pushing with a fingernail as you have to to with external microsd cards - and checking that you have it the right side around ofcourse

Funnily enough i couldn't get it to click in with my fingernails (probably to scared about damaging it)
Hubby got it to go in, and he's got no bloody fingernails....lol

          Was quite awkward though.

          Thanks for the reply.

The protectors i got from aliexpress are terrible. Very bad quality.
It is impossible to apply them without leaving bubbles everywhere and the protector has a hazy look to it, getting dirty and smudgy very easily.
Compared to the protectors for my wife's tablet and my galaxy s4 these are hugely inferior.
Just wondering if they all come from the same place or if the **** ones are better quality
So any advice on some better quality ones would be greatly appreciated.

There often is no way to know who made / where did they come from - with this type of chinese goods,as quite often they come without a product labling, box etc. And **** isn't a shop, carrying only certain types - its individuals and buisnesses selling whatever they've got. I'm sure there's a few hundred factories down there, churning out these things.

Personally, I'm waiting for an answer over at TabFreak, from a guy that ordered some protectors that are for the Sony Z - as they look as they may fit the M8pro. If so, thats a big mainstream product - and thus mainstream products are available.

If you could take precise measurement of the flat glass area (leaving out any gaps, beveled edges etc) of your tablet, top to bottom and side to side wil do - then I can compare it to my girlfriends Galaxy Note 10.1. Looking at pictures, the "screen and surround" area on them look very similar. If the measurements are the same - you've got a serious range of serious products available.

I'd say the biggest problem would be the sharp edges on the pipo m8 pro.
I was going to buy some xperia z tab protectors at my local mobile store, until I saw the price.
£15 for a protector I wasn't even sure would fit was a bit much.
Ah, you had me confused as this is really an Pipo M9 thread.

Why don't you take your tablet with you to the store I'm sure they'll let you take the screen protector out of the pack/box to check the fitment before purchase.
