My mini rii i8 Bluetooth remote works with my firestick, iPhone and computer but not the alfawise s92 box. It pairs and connects but nothing happens when you hit the buttons or touchpad. The remote is the updated model. Anyone else having problems or know of a solution?

i bought another ri i8 remote. Its still does the same thing. Is there a setting or something that i need to change in the tv box? this is driving me crazy. please help -
also just tried a wireless gaming controller and it works fine. anyone have the rii i8+ bluetooth controller with this box??Comment
