[ROM] MXQpro4k ott tv box Vector firmware

I took some time to cleanup and mod the latest firmware I could find for the MXQ-4k ott box. This is for the s905 version with 1gig/8gig ram and storage. This is an image file so you will need the amlogic usb burning tool to install. Not a lot of bells and whistles but kodi works really well here which is what I mainly use it for. So if interested give it a go and leave some feedback This firmware is rooted but no twrp and is android 5.1 with the standard launcher. Kodi is 16.1 along with other useful apps..........quite a change from original firmware which was garbage. Anyways usual disclaimer try at your own risk I will not be responsible for any oops that may happen...........enjoy

My box is new and all Ok, but i am happy with your build . if my MXQpro is gooing strange, i will flash this one in the box, thanks again

Might I ask, does this ROM support the AP6181 WIFI chip? Also thank you for posting this ROM!

not sure on that most of these boxes are a variation of the rtl8188 chipset how did you end up with ap6181
