I can't get amlogic USB burning tool to work. I absolutely cannot get a USB connection. I have tried 3 different homemade USB cables one shielded, one extremely short.
I have tried to get a USB response using all possible port combinations ( the single one on the rear nearest the reset button is labeled as OTG on the board. also tried to get a response when fully loaded and when in recovery mode.

twrp for S905X doesn't work either as it reports 0mb for filesize for all but my SD card which it reports normally.

come to think of it the normal recovery when loaded shows it cannot connect to /system.

I am waiting on a factory built USB cable but I don't have my fingers crossed.

any help would be appreciated.

the stock version is at least rooted, but has no bottom bar and google will only work if you revert to the unupdated version after that it updates and has to be rolled back again to use.

What version of windows are you using. Is it saying USB device not recognised? That happens on newer windows than 7 and you have to the a regedit mod to fix it.

I am running windows Vista on a amd64bit laptop.
the box is undetected no USB plugin sound, no errors nothing,
USB on the laptop is functional
when I install all USB tool it install world device drivers as well.
I is almost like the OTG function simply isn't enabled as I get no response when trying to hook a computer up to do a backup with rashr.(iirc)

Can anyone help I tried to download the tx5 pro the other day but when I open it the files ain't there is there something I've missed?

OK I got my factory USB cable and my device is still not even detected. So no USB flashing.

with stock recovery it boots(and always has)to a dead Android with an red triangle and ! . So no dice with stock recovery.

boot to boot loader (From Rashr) just loads as normal.

board is s905xx_v1.0 iirc
but loads with 905 (non X) splash screen and MBOX logo.
Android version lists p212......6.0.1....as version

can't boot from SD

Should shorting the proper NAND pins allow USB burn tool to work???
I am also waiting on a working stock recovery from the same box with slightly different firmware , USB, and SD boot working.

anyone who help clear up my confusion with this hodgepodge mess of software/firmware on this box please do so.

ok yo creo que te falta reinisiar la pc para que te permita los controladores externos y asi pueda detectar la heramienta amlogic en otra pagina hay un tutorial como haserlo segun tu windows creo la pagina se llama de pc

Where can i found the MBOX logo Original firmware for this box? I have this one, and the firmware that i had, it had the bluetooth function, now i have update the firmware and the bluetooth doesn,t work anymore, what can i do for rework the bluetooth? Thank to all. Sorry for my english, i'm italian.
